In addition to her knowledge of the graduate recruitment sector, she has expertise in the job market and labour law. Clémence is a graduate in political science and communication.

Pierre Ouvrard has over 6 years’ of experience in recruitment and coaching. He has specific skills in recruitment activities, people management, trainings & mentoring and stakeholder’s management. He developed a wide network of employers in Switzerland and abroad with national and international companies. Throughout his career, he developed strong relationships with students and young graduates with a multicultural background. He holds a Bachelor of International Hospitality Management from the Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne and speaks French, English and Spanish.
